Mechanics for Raffle Prizes

1. Each delegate will be entitled to: 

§         One raffle stub for minor prizes which will be valid from October 13 -15, 2010

§         One raffle stub for Oct. 13 Fellowship

§         One raffle stub for Oct. 14 Awards Fellowship

§         One raffle stub for Oct. 15 Closing Ceremony

2. The raffle stub/s for minor prizes must be dropped in the designated tambiolo at the AC Prizes Booth right after your registration on October 13, 2010. Major prizes raffle stubs will be dropped by the participant on the respective day it will be drawn.
3. Winners of minor prizes will be pre-drawn and will be informed through the following:

§         text message;

§         names of winners will be flashed on the screen during break times;

§         names of winners will be posted on the AC Prizes booth

4. Minor prizes may be claimed up to 6:00 pm of each day it was drawn.  All unclaimed prizes will be drawn again on the following day.
5. Prizes must be personally claimed by the winners upon presentation of identification card.
6. Certificates will be issued for major prizes like home theatre package, LCD, etc., and prizes can be claimed at the PMAP Center on or before October 30, 2010.
