Meals and Drinks

1. Conference meals will be as follows:

October 13	PM snack Dinner	Plenary Hall
October 14	AM snack Buffet Lunch PM snack Awards Dinner	Break out rooms Dining Area (2/F) Break out rooms Waterfront Hotel
October 15	AM snack Buffet Lunch PM snack	Break out rooms Dining Area (2/F) Break out rooms

2. Delegates are advised to have their CONFERENCE MEAL STUBS WITH THEM AT ALL TIMES. The waiters are instructed to collect the meal stubs before serving.
3. Meal stubs are color coded to indicate the day it will be used.
4. The “NO STUBS, NO FOOD” policy will be strictly implemented. LOST MEAL STUBS WILL NOT BE REPLACED. Delegates may buy replacement meal stubs from the Professional Staff at the CICC ground lobby.
5. Delegates are advised to detach the Exhibitors’ Raffle Stub from their meal stubs. This way, you avoid losing your meal stubs as you go around the exhibition area to have your Raffle Stub signed or stamped by the staff of each booth.
6. Delegates are advised to always bring with them their personal belongings and conference paraphernalia when going to the lunch venues. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VALUABLES AT THE PLENARY HALL OR ANY FUNCTION ROOM OF THE CICC.
7. Meals other than those enumerated above shall be for the own account of Delegates.
8. Delegates with invited guests who wish to join the Cocktails/Fellowship Dinner Dance scheduled for October 13 and October 14 may buy meal stubs from the Professional Staff at the CICC ground lobby at the following prices:
